The difference was that I used chicken and steak, thinly sliced and used as an addition to the dish.<\/p>\n<p>The main thing was; the seasoning for the chicken. I covered the chicken breasts in the juice of one lime and a generous sprinkle of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.schwartz.co.uk\/productdetail.cfm?id=5203\">Schwartz Thai 7 Spice<\/a> &#8211; lovely!
