Thai Chicken

thai7-jar06.jpgI made a variation of a Thai Noodle Salad over the weekend. The difference was that I used chicken and steak, thinly sliced and used as an addition to the dish.

The main thing was; the seasoning for the chicken. I covered the chicken breasts in the juice of one lime and a generous sprinkle of Schwartz Thai 7 Spice – lovely! Take a look for best knife sharpener Knifeista Highly recommended to liven up the chicken.
