Flavour of the month is: Coriander! Yep, for some reason my taste buds are gaggin’ for it. Only a few years ago I was a Coriander hater, but now I have turned to the dark side… it follows along similar lines for the recent Tastes of the months being, Apricot and then Cinnamon!

Coriander is the Prince of Herbs, ably assisted by the Parsley Duke and Earl of Chives! I grow all three every year and could quite happily smother everything in an inch-think layer of the stuff!!! 🙂
On my Kitchen window I am currently growing, Coriander, Parsley, Chives, and Basil. Basil is my favourite full stop I think.
